Our History
On the 30th of May 2009 the only active Officer of Legacy /gquit after killing KT during a Naxx 25 farm run, due to an event that is now only known as 'Macegate'. After weeks and weeks of hard times Trickylion was happy to stay unguilded for a while and wanted to take a break, but Aliora had other ideas.
On the 1st of June 2009 Dance Magic Dance moved from being a private guild bank to providing a new home to those members of Legacy that shared the same goals as Tricky, desiring to provide a fun, respectful place to focus on end game progression. Dubhlainn, Oohm, Stronguard and Violete started the ball rolling and began to try and identify enough ex. members and other WoW friends to form a 10 man raiding team.
We collectivley decided that the name DMD didn't really reflect who we where (Stronguard was also concerned about his masculinity) and after a brief vote settled on a new name, symbolising that we raid through the night. On the 5th of June 2009, Twilight was formed.
When reaching about 9 months old, Trickylion had been occupied in a thing called Real Life for a long time. Twilight suffered a few bumps but the officers knew that there was no place like Twilight and in order to get back structure we would need a new Guild Leader and accpeted on Violete. We haven't lost sight of our goals but we will step up our requirements and become a little more hard core then we used to be, with our 2 ranking system, Hard Core Raider and Raider.
Today
Twilight now has over 60 members and has recently been able to completely focus on 25 man hard mode progression. We have a presence in over 15 countries, players who's ages range between 18-55 and a large number of female members - all possible because we have a strong reputation for providing a fair, safe and un-thretening environment to explore the fartherst corners of Azerorth.

About Our Ranks
0: Guild Leader- ultimately responsible for the guild
1: High Counselor - responsible for all aspects of the guild
2: Raid Leader - organises and executes raids
3: Officer - cares for members of the guild and helps with everything regarding raids.
4: High Rank Alt - an alt. which belongs to a High Counselor, RL, Officer or the GL
5: Hard Core Raider - Raiding core of the guild (see requirements here)
6: Raider - raiding member of the guild
7: Social - a social member of the guild (see The Social Rank for more information)
8: Alt - an alt which belongs to a full Member of the guild
9: Noob- a holding rank for members that behave suspiciously (damn gold sellers!)
10: Trial - a player or alt of a player who has applied to join the guild and is in their trial period for either Hard Core Raider, Raider or Social
